Purchase Orders

Sheet music can be purchased using your church or school’s purchase order number. If ordering by purchase order for the first time, your order will be placed on hold until your account has been verified. This could be up to an hour. We can only verify accounts during business hours, 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. After your first purchase, all future purchases are available for immediate download or printing.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at time of purchase. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Returns and Exchanges

In general, digital content purchased and downloaded from Pender's Sheet Music Downloads is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the issue. Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses in Texas. If your organization is tax-exempt, check the box “tax-exempt organization” at checkout. You must have proof of tax-exempt status.
